A little help, without the runaround.

Quick answers for the things that get in the way.

Sign in or reset a password

Open Settings → Account. Choose the password sign-in flow, then Forgot password. Use the latest email and open the link on the iPhone with Cogni installed. If a link opens localhost or fails, this is a setup issue—not a reason to share your password or code.

Restore or cancel a subscription

Use Restore purchases on Cogni Pro with the same Apple account that made the purchase. To cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cogni. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Export or delete content

Find export and data controls in Cogni Settings. Export first if you want a copy. Account deletion and local-device deletion are different: use the in-app controls for each. Existing entries remain accessible after Pro ends.

Control AI

AI is optional. Review the AI choices in Settings before sending notes. You can revoke consent and use the available cloud-data deletion controls. Never post a private note, login code or API key in a public issue.

Contact during private testing

Reply through the private channel where you received your testing invitation. Include your app version, iOS version and the steps that caused the problem. Do not include login codes or private notes.

Before public launch, a dedicated private support address and the operator’s contact details will be published here. Account and personal-data requests should use the in-app deletion controls during testing.

Accessibility

Cogni supports system appearance, reduced motion preferences and an accessible list alternative to the visual map. If a screen is difficult to use with larger text or VoiceOver, please report the screen name without including private content.

You don’t have to hold it all.

Give your thoughts somewhere to land.

Coming to iPhone. Private testing, public promise: keep it simple.
